  1. I know I should join Twitter, but I'm afraid it will be a timesuck like Facebook...
Maybe when I have more to promote!

  2. I read the Eric Carle article. I think it's great when it all comes together, even when you're not really trying. We still enjoy the Hungry Caterpillar around here.

  6. Love the five fast Twitter tips. I need them too as I just joined and am a bit lost. I want to follow you Shelli, but I don't know how. I know, pretty dumb, huh?

  7. I love the Google Hungry Caterpillar.

Haven't gotten into Tweeting - seems like hyperactive blogging. But, I do follow two tweeters.

I have a FB and MS.

I'm waiting for my manuscript to be picked up - fingers X'd.

  9. Thanks for the post. I also greatly enjoyed the interview with Sarah Davies.

As a fellow writer/blogger, I would appreciate your feedback on my blog, which offers several 'how to' publishing posts. You might notice a shout-out to you in my most recent post (March 21).

  10. Having joined Facebook a few months ago -- prompted by a college friend -- I have to say I'm not sold on it. Have you read Deborah Wiles' most recent blog post. I think it's called More Face Time. I think we all need to remember that everything isn't for everyone. Thanks for the links. Eagles and Turkeys was good.

  11. I feel so old when I start hearing about twitter--and I'm not that old--and I'm a Director of IT so you THINK that I'd be on top of all these things. I keep thinking about joining Twitter. I think I will join once I start sending my stuff off to agents. That way if I get picked up I will have a backlog of tweets. These articles are very interesting.

  12. I've just started using Twitter in the past couple of weeks. I can't say yet whether it'll be good for marketing, but it sure is fun. :)

    Thanks for the links!

I just started using Twitter and it's fun, but I'm not so sure that I'm using effectively.
