Simple drawings…line for the dirt and little seeds below the dirt. Then we write statements or draw pictures of what we want in our gardens. To become good swimmers or play on the swings with friends. Then we add stems from our seeds to these statements or drawings. We haven’t done this in a while. Thanks for helping me to remember to keep it fun.King of my Thronehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03449847257369715609noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33821110.post-30455529421458935132009-03-23T21:27:00.000-04:002009-03-23T21:27:00.000-04:00Wow, that's really awesome that Publisher's Weekly...Wow, that's really awesome that Publisher's Weekly will read each of the quarterfinalist entries. 'Throw a seed into the wind and wonder where it lands.' Lovely! Of course, when I'm feeling negative, I just figure a bird will swoop by and gobble it! But then I remember that the bird will eventually poop out the seed which doesn't mean the seed won't sprout, just that it took a circuitous route to get there!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33821110.post-86061109660474901692009-03-23T07:51:00.000-04:002009-03-23T07:51:00.000-04:00I love this metaphor of dropping seeds equating to...I love this metaphor of dropping seeds equating to connections/networking/ect.
